What We Collect

Catalog CLI Pro collects account information you provide, API keys generated for your account, uploaded Category Listing Report files, parsed catalog metadata, SKU data, query results, billing status, and basic service logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How We Use Data

We use uploaded catalog data to parse your Category Listing Reports, run listing quality checks, show results, provide API and MCP access, enforce quotas, troubleshoot issues, and improve service reliability.

ChatGPT App Data

When you connect Catalog CLI Pro to ChatGPT, ChatGPT can request catalog metadata and audit results for catalogs in your linked account. The app does not access your Amazon Seller Central credentials and does not edit live Amazon listings.

Storage and Deletion

Catalog files and parsed results are retained according to your plan and account settings. You can delete uploaded catalogs through Catalog CLI Pro. Deletion removes the catalog record, parsed SKU data, query runs, and stored file from active service storage.

Service Providers

Catalog CLI Pro may use infrastructure, database, object storage, payment, and email providers to operate the service. Payment details are handled by payment providers and are not stored directly by Catalog CLI Pro.

Security

API keys and authentication credentials are treated as sensitive secrets. We use access controls, input validation, and operational logging to protect the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
